The Assistant Center Director is responsible to assist in the overall operations of the assigned
facility, and the administration and development of programs in order to reflect the goals and
objectives of the agency. This position ensures the facility is a safe and fun place for children to
learn. The Assistant Director is tasked with a wide variety of responsibilities; including managing
and training staff, assisting in full compliance with all internal and external funding sources,
interacting with parents, and marketing and financial duties. This position will also supervise the
assigned family advocate in the enrollment process.
