Joe McNeill, CIC, Market Executive, Philadelphia Insurance Companies and Steven Bradley, President/CEO, Bradley & Bradley Associates, Inc. present a Pre-K Scholarship donation of $5,241 to Otis Bullock, Executive Director, Diversified Community Services, and children at Diversified’s Western Learning Center, as part of the Pennsylvania Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC), which encourages local corporations to provide scholarships to Pre-School children and families to help afford quality early childhood education, like that provided by Diversified in Point Breeze at its Western Learning Center and Dixon Learning Academy. The children made and presented a colorful THANK YOU CARD to Mr. Joe and Mr. Steven, thanking for helping to make their futures brighter.
